Looked back over some photographs we took before we bought and tried to stand in the same position for the ‘after’ versions.
Some of them don’t look that different but there isn’t a surface that hasn’t been at least cleaned. Most of them painted and many much more.
Two rooms have changed use - bedroom into shower room,
Bathroom into utility room.
Toilet cubicle turned into a very pink wardrobe.
Kitchen swapped sides in the same room.
Outside got a big tidy up.
One toilet taken out, two fitted. Two stoves taken out, then refitted. Three sinks taken out, three fitted. Furniture found transported and moved in. Plumbing all new, we won’t mention the wiring but every light fitting replaced.
More to come in August: Plans for TV into sitting room, bungalow into sleeping space at least, clothes storage in the main bedroom, outside dining, the list goes on.
